1. SKETCHES

The customer communicates his idea through some sketches or any other means.
From the customer's idea , EGmedical makes some aesthetic and functional proposals..

2. 3D MODELS AND RENDERINGS

Once that the aesthetic and functional guide-lines have been identified, EGmedical creates the 3D model.
During this step, EGmedical makes some renderings which help the customer have a clearer view of the final product. At this stage also the materials and possible surface finishes are defined.

3. PROTOTYPE

Once the 3D mathematics have been defined, EGmedical proceeds with the production of the protoype
to study further aesthetic and functional improvements.

4. MOULD AND MOULD TEST

After the protoype has been approved, EGmedical makes the mould for the injection moulding.
Before realizing the final product, EGmedical makes some mould tests in order to check all the components..

5. FINAL PRODUCT

After these tests, EGmedical realizes the final product.
